The 11th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO 2021
The 5pEXPO forum has been Russia’s main professional networking platform for local and foreign professionals in the trade show, convention and event industries. Its key objective is to create favourable conditions for networking of trade show organisers, designers, contractors, suppliers of equipment and materials as well as companies from all sectors of economy who actively participate in trade shows and conventions.
It is noteworthy that 5pEXPO 2021 is held at the same time as the Reklama 2021 International Exhibition for Advertising, which will allow attracting more advertising professionals whose job is related to the event industry/.
The Forum gives its participants every opportunity to analyse the latest developments in the industry, demonstrate in-demand technologies and solutions for organising congresses and trade shows, and present the best Russian practices and international experience of managing events.

The 5pEXPO exhibition occupies a special place in the forum’s structure. It is designed as a City with five main streets: Developers' Avenue, Exhibition Alley, Organiser's Alley, Supplier's Boulevard, and Partner's Alley, which converge at the Intersection of Interests in the centre of the exhibition. The 5P City embodies the unity of the five main components of the exhibition business: Place – exhibition and congress venues, Product – exhibition services, Price – service fees, Promotion – promotion of events and services, and Partnership, which speaks for itself.
5ðÅÕÐÎ 2021 includes a rich conference programme.
The 8th Russian Conference on Exhibition, Fair and Congress Activities will be a major event for the Russian exhibition industry. Its participants will be top executives of exhibition companies, representatives of authorities, business, chambers of commerce, and industry associations.
The conference programme includes a plenary session with the topic of Uniform Rules or Flexibility and Communication? The first part will be moderated by Sergey Voronkov, President at the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs. Speakers from among the leaders of the Russian exhibition and convention industry and foreign experts will present the current state of the industry and give their forecasts for the near future.
The second part devoted to case studies will be moderated by Sergey Selivanov, First Deputy Director General at EXPOCENTRE AO.

The official TV channel ExpoTV will be running throughout the days of the Forum (the first TV channel about exhibitions). A professional film crew will broadcast live from the venue and present interviews with key exhibitors, as well as reviews of most interesting stands and the industry's innovations.
